Primary 6 started our ‘Christmas Around the World’ booklet which was kindly provided by Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council! We learned about Christmas in Poland and our wonderful teaching assistant Mrs Hawkins taught us about the traditions they have in Poland. Mrs Hawkins then taught us how to say ‘Merry Christmas’ in Polish (make sure to check out the video✨). The children had a fantastic day learning about Christmas in Poland and are looking forward to learning about Christmas traditions in other countries 🎅🏼 Two children in Primary 6 are also going to teach us how to say ‘Merry Christmas’ in Afrikaans and Hungarian. We can’t wait! 🎄
