We’ve been making the most of the sunshine the past few weeks ☀️ We enjoyed using chalk outside to create tessellations using 2D shapes. In outdoor learning we’ve loved searching for minibeasts and even using magnifying glasses to get a closer look 🔍. We also enjoyed a lovely walk to Crumlin Glen to look for minibeasts and collect materials for our bug hotels 🐜🍂.
We were lucky enough to have beekeeper, Micheal Young, visit P4. We got to learn some more interesting facts about how to look after bees and the process in making honey 🍯. We even got to taste some bee pollen! In Art we worked hard to create some detailed bee symmetry pictures. 🐝
The fun didn’t stop there, we even got to have some fun playing Cage Football ⚽️
