Over the past few weeks in class we have been taking part in a poetry scheme called ‘poetry in motion’ and have been working alongside the community arts partnership (CAP) in doing so. We have written a range of poems and have achieved some excellent results! Our poems are being submitted to the CAP on Monday, with the hope that some will be published in the ‘our world, our words’ poetry anthology. 📕 We have thoroughly enjoyed each part of the process and reciting our poems in class to each other!
We have been busy in numeracy lessons and have been working practically when adding and subtracting money.💰 We also enjoyed some skittles when creating fractions and bar charts! 😁
